Brunch Chef/Chef De Partie
Dough is a busy independent cafe at the heart of the newly developed Bastion Mews just outside of Hereford city centre. We are looking for an experienced CDP/Brunch chef to work alongside our head chef. We are open 7 days a week - the successful candidate will be required to work 5 days a week, with occasional evenings and private events. The role requirements are;
Working closely with our head chef to deliver consistently high standards
An excellent team spirit with strong communication skills
A friendly, fun & enthusiastic disposition
High hygiene standards & HACCP practices
A passion for good food & thoughtful presentation of ingredients
Enthusiasm in sourcing quality, local ingredients
To have food hygiene level 2
A keen interest in contemporary food as we constantly research and develop our menus.
